I am operating as representative agent for the owner of three cattle properties in the Northern Gascoyne and Pilbara region of Western Australia
The family has been in business for 35 years.The family wants to:
– Expand the enterprise for improved economies of scale
– Market the product as organic free range beef throughout the world
– Acquire additional properties in selected areas of WA
There is potential to add irrigation and feedlot enterprise.
We can provide local management and expertise.
We are seeking relationships with suitable overseas strategic partners already invested in the meat import / export industry.
The area is currently enjoying and excellent season with mustering scheduled to commence in late July.
Investors can expect to recover 20% of their investment within 3 months of the purchase.
