The name of the new hybrid stone fruit is Nadia.
 

Nadia is a hybrid of a cherry and plum.
 

Nadia was developed in Western Australia.
 

Nadia is NOT genetically modified.
 

Valuable traits of Nadia stone fruit compared to cherries are consistency, improved production yield and longer shelf life.
