1 ) Wants to build more relationships in the agribusiness industry of Tasmania;
2 ) Has already invested in two different reputable food-producing businesses in Tasmania.
3 ) Lives in an affluent area of Shanghai where his friends and neighbours have expressed interest to meet people with good food and agriculture investment opportunities in Tasmania.
4 ) Has built wealth from the construction boom in China
5 ) Established cultural links with Tasmania through his child attending high school and college in Tasmania.
Is considering migrating to Tasmania when he retires.
