My business goal is to help Australian food companies test their food products for market acceptance in Southern China especially Guangzhou, Macao and Hong Kong.
In the Bundaberg area in East Queensland last year, we began work this way with farming produce which has generated some success.
Our next ideal customer is an SME business owner of a small and medium food supplier or processer in Australia who wants to find new opportunities in Hong Kong and China.
Our expertise is to help this SME business person establish competitive advantages in food safety practices, including accredibility testing and certification services through the local reputable organisations.
Overall we advise on the knowledge and network in the China market required to execute an opportunity built on the new Free Trade Agreement between Australia and China.
I am an Australian citizen born in Hong Kong and speak fluent English, Chinese (Cantonese).
I have worked in the Australia and Hong Kong education and professional training industry for many years and my Food Industry experience began in the catering and food import business in Britain.
For the past 20 years, I have been working with the Food Industry, mainly in Hong Kong, Macau and South China.
On invitation by the Trade and Investment Queensland this year in April 2016, I attended the Advanced Queensland Innovation and Investment Summit in Brisbane.
